• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.
• Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
• Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the minimum order value, which will be displayed at checkout.
• Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
• You can track your order on our website or directly through the courier partner’s portal.

5. Address & Delivery

• Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing your order.
• Eera Organic will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner may re-attempt delivery or contact you for assistance.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

• If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@eeraorganic.com with your order number.
• We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue at the earliest.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
